Mergers and acquisitions. We will assist your company that wants to grow through domestic or international acquisition. We will manage and coordinate all aspects of transaction (merger and acquisition (M&A) strategy, target screening, due diligence process, valuation model, integration planning). Finding the right acquisition targets. We will assist private equity firms and corporate development executives to locate potential targets for strategic acquisition in Ukraine. These targets may be non-conforming subsidiaries, divisions, brands, assets or product lines.
